WHAT IS A CHALLENGE?
A challenge is an activity or mission that incorporates the services of local businesses in your area. Each challenge is uniquely crafted to ensure that you and your friends will have a fun and memorable experience. A challenge will look like:
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO TAKE A CHALLENGE?
The use of our website service is entirely FREE! You may browse through as many challenges as you wish. The cost to complete a challenge is determined by the host business. Many challenges will display an approximate cost per person.
DO I HAVE TO BOOK MY CHALLENGE IN ADVANCE WITH THE HOST BUSINESS?
Some challenges may require you book an appointment in advance with the host business. Other challenges can be completed on a walk-in basis. Required bookings will be noted in the challenge details.
HOW MANY CHALLENGES CAN I COMPLETE?
As many as you want! The more challenges that you complete and post to Instagram, the higher your odds are of being selected for the weekly jackpot.
WHEN I WIN THE WEEKLY JACKPOT, CAN I CHOOSE A CHARITY THAT IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Absolutely! If there is a charity you are passionate about that is not listed on our website, you can nominate a charity. As long as the charity is registered in the Government of Canada's data base, we will add it to our list of charities.
HOW MANY PEOPLE DO I NEED TO COMPLETE A CHALLENGE?
The number of people required to complete a challenge depends on the nature of each challenge. Many challenges may recommend bringing friends, but can also be completed solo.
WHEN DO YOU CHOOSE THE WEEKLY WINNER?
Winners will be contacted every Monday evening through Instagram.
DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE FIRST CHALLENGE PRESENTED TO ME?
No. You can browse through all challenges, in your area, until you find a challenge you want to complete.
HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO TAKE A CHALLENGE?
Depending on the policies of the host business, some challenges may have a minimum age requirement. Contact the host business for clarification on age requirements.
