WHAT IS A CHALLENGE?
A challenge is a specific activity/mission that incorporates the services of your business. A challenge is an interactive form of advertisement that creates demand for your business. Each challenge will automatically have your business' information displayed. Examples of challenges:
HOW MANY BUSINESSES CAN REGISTER PER AREA?
There is a limit of 100 businesses per area. This limit ensures that each business has an excellent probability of being viewed by customers.
WHAT IS CONSIDERED A BUSINESS'S AREA?
A business's area is the city/municipality where your business in located. When you register your store's address your challenges will only be show to users who select your location/city/municipality.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO REGISTER?
The cost of registration is $150 per annual subscription. We are keeping subscription costs low in order to be accessible to even the smallest business. This cost includes:
- 24/7 access to create and edit up to three challenges

-Hands on Customer Support
HOW CAN I PAY?
HOW OFTEN WILL MY CHALLENGES BEEN SEEN BY USERS?
Our coding ensures that all challenges are presented in a random order to users every time they use our services. This ensures that no specific business's challenges are repeatedly displayed first.
WHAT KINDS OF BUSINESSES CAN REGISTER?
Our services are targeted to help small businesses exclusively. If you own a small business, regardless of the type, you can register!
HOW DO I CREATE CHALLENGES FOR MY BUSINESS?
After you have registered your business, click on my challenges. You will then be able to create up to three challenges.
Start/end date: If you have a special or temporary promotion going on, you have the ability to put a timeline on your challenges to incentivize users to take your challenge ASAP!
Challenge Details: This is where you can input the details of the creative challenge you will offer to users!
Cost: You have the ability to display the approximate cost of your challenges per person.
Image Alt Text: Provide a brief description of the image you have chosen to be displayed alongside your challenge. Users who are visually impaired will be able to hear this description.
Turn Challenge on or off: This function allows you to deactivate a challenge. *Users will not be able to see a challenge unless this function is turned on, AND you have purchased a yearly subscription*

WHAT KINDS OF CHALLENGES CAN I CREATE?
Each challenge you create can be as unique, and specific as you want it to be! However, any inappropriate, discriminating, or dangerous challenges that conflict with our terms and conditions will be immediately taken down. If a business violates our terms and conditions twice, the membership will be immediately cancelled. The advertising slot will then be forfeited to another business on our waiting list.
CAN I EDIT/CHANGE MY CHALLENGES?
Yes! Once you have your account created, you will have 24/7 access to create and edit up to three challenges.
HOW ARE THESE SERVICES ADVERTISED TO USERS/MY POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS?
This platform is advertised by targeting local universities, colleges, and high schools. We connect to users through the use of flyers, student committees, public radio, newspapers, and social media.
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You may cancel your subscription at anytime. If you choose to cancel your subscription, your account will be deactivated and your challenges will no longer be accessible to users. We are unable to issue refunds for early cancellations. To cancel your subscription go to my subscriptions.
WHY AM I UNABLE TO PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION?
If you are unable to purchase a yearly subscription, the 100 business limit has likely been reached in your area. If you would like to get on our waiting list, contact us and we will inform you when a advertisement slot becomes available.
